I'm hoping that looks nice by the start of the season. And it would also be nice if they paint the steel beams on that side of the stadium. Such an easy thing to do, but they've put it off for years and it has looked terrible.

Drove by the other day after baseball. Should have grabbed some pics. Lots of work going on with ramp and surrounding area. I suspect that will be done by season start. I guess the old ramp is here to stay. They’re dressing it up and reworking all the grounds from the stadium to the street.

Hopefully that includes painting the beams. Just paint them black like the other parts of the stadium. It’s an easy thing to do.

I’d say a lot of those beams are in need of more than just paint, which is why they haven’t been done yet. Going to take a massive sand blasting There’s a lot of serious rust in that stadium.

PRAYER FOR TODAY

God, please let that rust reside only in the stadium rafters, and not on the field or on the sidelines.

Amen

They are building a brick facade that hides the beams…looks rather nice. Sorry no pictures but should have taken some while in the basketball shuttle bus line.
