With the win over Iowa State tonight…

One frustration is after signature tournament wins in the past, Tennessee appears to come flat against their next opponent. Houston last year is a prime example. This team, at least by their words and certainly with this Iowa State win, doesn’t give me the impression they’re that kind of team.

It’s tough to finish an emotional win so late then play 36 hours later, especially with the pressure they had by ISU. Bama didn’t make Michigan work. Will be interesting to see if we have the legs. The body and brain are drained today after games like last night.

We should be good. Ament sat for almost a half. The bigs (Cary, Okpara, Estrella and Brown) rotated all night long. I would only worry about Gillespie. He had to really work last night. The other half of the equation is the mental aspect. Barnes needs to have them on fire tomorrow.
