I wish them the best, but this is what needed to be done. We needed a total roster overhaul to be able to compete at a high level. No need to keep players that weren’t going to get it done at this level. The coach is the issue but if she’s stating we need to get the best layers we can get, and maybe win in spite of her coaching. The issue is, if the players will actually come here while she’s the coach, we’ll see with the portal.

I literally had to deactivate my Twitter (X) account, I know I'm a big kid, but I couldn't stomach the negativity from other fanbases! Like they're soooooo excited to see us like this.

A lot went on behind the scenes this past season…some of it just wasn’t healthy for the team.
Change was needed, and honestly, I think this reset will be good for everyone involved. We needed more size, strength, and leadership at the point guard position, and I’m confident that direction will be addressed. I would wish those who left the best….but they aren’t lady vols so that’s impossible.





Grateful for a program where coaching leadership stays the priority.

That's why I haven't been TOO concerned about the transfers, but at the same time, Kim keeps telling us that the system is so hard to learn and blah blah this, blah blah that.....you should want to keep your high school recruits so you wont have to do so much "unlearning" of basketball skills, as you'd have to with transfers.

With her system, she should value good high school recruits who would spend the most time in the system, but instead I can see this program becoming a revolving door as kids come in and see the system for what it is....a gimmick!

I liked the twins but the dad will always be a problem. Wherever they go, that will need to be considered and the coach needs to have a handle on it.

Frankly, I would have recommended the move for them. I think they can manage the height difference at this level of play, but as physical as the play is, the slightness of their frames makes it an unnecessary health risk for them, IMHO.

Step down a level, and then go set that world on fire!

They are too small except for maybe a system like ours.
