Player led culture is over

I had hoped we could keep Cade and JP because they would be the guys that could continued selling the culture that had been passed on to them. I don’t see anyone else on the roster that could do it .lIt wasn’t the determining factor that caused people to come but I think it was helpful in the good team chemistry we had over the years . The veterans helped the new guys adjust.
It was probably going to come to an end any way very quickly with NIL but we as fans will have to adjust to to thinking more like pro fans . There will be a lot more “what have you done for me lately “j

Yeah, I can understand that. I think Cade Phillips was more of a culture guy than Estrella, but it will be a bit of a challenge to adapt losing them both. If we can keep a guy like Boswell or Evans, they will probably bring it. It’s helpful to have though

Judging by Estrella’s announcement he’s already agreed to terms somewhere. Sounds like they still are trying with Cade.
