mcmiller is a proven locker room cancer who has an overbearing parent. absolutely no reason you should take her after going through what u did last year with the same type of players AND parents. there’s a reason she’s still on the board and hasn’t found a home.

She shot over 40% from 3 her first year, but less than 10% last year. Overall, she is a great shooter so I wonder what happened.

Not sure about this one as CKC wanted shooters. Hope for another elite guard and rim protector to round this team out.

Time to put some of y'all on ignore. These comments are crazy. Just weeks ago we didn't even have 1 player and now that the team is filling up (without D2 players btw) y'all still complaining. Y'all aren't fans. Y'all are trolls. Most of you have no ties to the Tennessee Lady Vols program. So the real question is why are you still here? Go find another team. Y'all just mad Kim didn't get canned and continue to take it out on the players. We should be glad anyone wants to still come here after this season we just had! Again, and NOT D2 players! This is coming from someone who thought she should've been canned btw. It didn't happen so I've moved forward. Y'all should do the same, good Lord! 🤦🏾

Yes, the same folks who acted like the sky was caving in when Lauren Hurst entered the portal with 2 PPG / 1.5 RPG are dogging Kim and this transfer over her stat line. Just straight up hating at this point.

Not sure what happened to Steele last year but she definitely struggled. After hitting 7 of her first 15 shots, she only connected on 9 of the next 47 including 1 out 16 threes. Her FT shooting was very good last year, as it was her last 2 years of HS:

Her FG shooting numbers in HS weren't what I'd call "great," but they were pretty decent:

She is from where I live. Seen her play a ton. Great kid, but not really a difference maker at this level. Happy for her, but temper your expectations. I imagine she is a depth piece. She averaged 21 ppg as a HS senior, but only shot 42.2% from the field and 31.5% from 3. At 5'-6, she was Russell's leading rebounder, but she was just such a good athlete.

Really interesting! Thanks for looking that up. And didn't I see where she played on her hs varsity for 6 years -- which means she began in the 7th grade. If that's right, it suggests some athleticism.
