Farragut Oak Ridge Houston Collierville Ravenwood shelbyville Cookeville Siegel Nolensville winner today’s game at 6 back at Siegel field today. Awesome talent this year. My buddy that coaches in Mid Tn thinks Farragut may win it all they beat Nolensville earlier this year and nolensville beat Siegel earlier. I’m going for Siegel because they worked my grand daughters game at miracle park field games few weeks back. Nice coach players.

That program, on the whole has been dominant since about 2000.

4 straight and 13 titles since 2003. An interesting note: somewhere around 2012-13, Farragut was ranked #1 in the country in the USA Today high school baseball poll. I coached a travel ball team that had mostly Bearden area kids, including my son. One of our pitchers on that travel team pitched the first game Bearden played that year against Farragut. Pitched a no-hitter against that Farragut team that was ranked #1. What a thrill to see that kid have that kind of a performance in that setting. It was not a fluke, either. This kid had tons of talent and when everything was in sync, he was unhittable.

Siegel was clobbered by Nolensville tonight. If their pitcher that signed with Vandy that broke his leg earlier in the season been available I’m sure they’d be advancing but Nolensville has players too.
