Providing a place for social media hunter-gatherers to post and have their efforts praised by a grateful tribe.
Also providing a place for those who don't follow social media to mooch off of those who do.
And also, a probably too early thread that will have been long forgotten and disappeared down the list by the time players actually start arriving.
Ultimately, a thread that allows someone with no actual information to offer, to feel like he's made some kind of vague contribution.
