Disgusting. Absolutely disgusting. You'd think that at some point someone would put the future of the sport first, but no. Brendan Sorsby is a 22 year old adult. He made a series of poor choices. They were wrong. It is unthinkable that just because he is going to play for Texas Tech he is immune to the consequences of those choices. This is one of the few things that might actually kill the sport because it will invalidate, to some extent, the result of any game that can be bet on (which is all of em). If you can't be sure that the players on the field are putting their desire to win the game over their desire/addiction to winning the bet, then there is really no point to playing or watching or even betting (as a fan) on the games.
