Well, so much for SC being a doormat. I can’t imagine he won’t improve that program significantly. Also not sure that Coastal isn’t as good of a job. Avoid the grueling grind of the SEC.

Gotta wonder if the timing closed a lot of doors? Vitello put us in a bit of a bind. Elander was the popular choice, but the pool was rather small. Having said that Schnall would have been a great hire here.

I don’t think it closed any doors. He just wasn’t offered. Tennessee’s program was in MUCH better shape, regardless of timing, than SC’s is now.
