ESPN should have remained on the iconic scene / singing of Country Roads a bit longer IMHO. The conclusion seemed a bit rushed. Seemed like a missed opportunity by the network….

I agree. It’s a great tradition. I’ve been there for it before for baseball, football, and basketball wins.

What’s interesting is that when ESPN cut back, Country Roads was over and fans were chanting ‘eat s*** Pitt’ which was picked up on the broadcast
