Here's the Mansell quote on Baugh:

"2023 OL Trovon Baugh from Pace Academy will also be in Athens (note: this was yesterday, 3/31). He is a prospect that has seen his offers rise quickly after a standout performance at the UA camp in Atlanta. I think he is going to end up a four-star, imo. I loved him in person. He can play guard or center on next level."

***Edit: Turns out he's not coming

Showing my ignorance here but are OL and DL kinda interchangeable? almost all play both ways in high school.

Not at this level. You see guys make a switch occasionally but it's a project to switch.
Fulmer would recruit DL and often convert them to OL. However, High school coaching has improved a lot since the 1990s and most Kids have been been playing at the positions for which they are best suited. You see far less switching positions in the last few years. However, there are a number of high linemen , especially this who play in smaller schools, who play both DL and OL. These players are recruited based on what they see in the film and how they perform after they have been recruited.
