On the most important third down of the game. They put 9 players on the line and we run a slow developing run play that goes for a loss. Just absolutely terrible. Butch an say we don't have the depth, young players, brick by brick.... Whatever. When you play to not lose your playing to not win. We never threw the ball down field even after their entire defensive backfield was replaced. Butch has done a lot of things well, but game day decisions... Not so much

Dude, did you even watch Dobbs throw the ball? His touch, velocity, and accuracy are very subpar at this stage. Besides, 2 of his first four passes were pics. What was the staff supposed to do?

Butch didn't want to put Dobbs in a situation he hadn't practiced against in the last two weeks. Vandy's backup DBs were probably a step slower than their starters and would've been in perfect position to intercept more of Dobbs' throws behind his WRs. Butch gets it.

Butch didn't think Dobbs could make the throw. I agree. He is not ready. He only played because he had to. I am not a Worley fan...but if he plays...UT wins that game...probably easily. Vandy tried to give it away.

We should've thrown the ball more. But our QB is unreliable to say the least. And our best Wide Out wasn't in. Pig hadn't played well all day. Josh Smith literally can't catch, he's been awful. And no one else has proven anything all year.

We ran the ball pretty well all day even though they knew it was coming. I agree the play calling was poor but drops and eratic QB play had a lot to do with it.

Poor poor performance at home

We did throw the ball down the field as I recall it was 4th and 19 and, well, you probably saw that too.

I can't believe it's come to the place that UT's offense can't score on the Doors second string defense.
