Santa Clara voters OK new stadium for San Francisco 49ers - ESPN
It seems like they've been trying to get one for about 20 years now.
So unless it falls through later, I guess cross the Niners off the "Moving to Los Angeles" list. Which from what I remember leaves the following teams as "eligible":
Jacksonville Jaguars
Minnesota Vikings
San Diego Chargers
Buffalo Bills
I'd say the favorite by far still has to be the Jaguars. Anything is possible but I just can't see the Vikings leaving Minnesota. The Chargers originated in LA so there is some history but I don't see that one either. If the Bills left it seems the rumors all point to them possibly going to Toronto but again...that seems to be a long shot.
The Rams might be a possibilty with their ownership issues and I guess you always have the Raiders has a default candidate since Davis seems to threaten the move every couple of years.
