I usually grill chicken on 4th. Always grill bone in with skin on for juice and flavor. My favorite marinade is Italian dressing with a package of Kool Aide lemonade mixed in. Then I pepper the chick. on the grill.

Also have a rosemary marinade for pork tenderloin. 2 cups oj, 1/2 cup soy sauce, and add 5 tbl spoons of rosemary. Marinate for 12 hours and grill. Boil and strain marinade and use as sauce/gravy for the entree.

With everything but steak I brown both sides on high heat, and then move over to unlit side of grill and cook for about 25 minutes. This produces unbelievable results.

Hammer down about 15-20 piccolo peets and carefully make an incission. Get a capped empty two liter bottle with a puncture in the top half, pour the gunpowder in, insert fuse to touch gunpowder. Light, run.

Ever tried Drunken Chicken? You need whole chickens (minus the nasty bag), trim the fat, and rub them with olive oil and spices of your liking. I like Tony Chachere's, garlic, and black pepper. Stick 'em butt-end on top of a beer minus 3-4 big swigs plus same seasonings and fresh rosemary spigs. Throw them bad-boys on the grill at medium-low for an hour and a half and you are GOLDEN. You can get stands for the birds and cans that makes it a little easier.

Best chicken you'll ever eat.

Also, I "heard" that a string of M-80's inside a mailbox makes a nice dessert. SHUT UP - I said I "heard" that!

Drunken chicken is great. Nowadays you can buy stands that hold the beer and chicken. They are unstable I have found without one since you stand that sucker up. Be careful if you don't use one.

Tony checeres(SP?) is awesome but some find it too spicey. If spice is not your thing, tone it down with other ingredients.
