Sorry if this has already been posted.

But, a rivals article quoted him as saying,
"I might be committing really soon."

He's a 6'-4" "rangy athlete at the point guard position," from Conyers, GA has Tennessee and Georgetown on his shortlist.

"Tennessee is the school at the top of my list. I love Coach Pearl. He has a great style of play and is a great coach."

I hope we land this kid and KEEP him!

Go Vols!

I'm not going to get excited about this until he signs his LOI with Tennessee. Until then, I remain as skeptical as ever.

There's been a theme lately of guys shooting up the rankings after Bruce starts recruiting them, and then along come the blue bloods. Not saying they're going up because Bruce likes them - just saying it's become common. Tobias Harris, Pinkston, Craft...

It's been a while since we've made the front page of Rivals Basketball Recruiting with good news. We're on it right now.

Let's get this guy.

Ware is a team mate of McRae and Golden on the Atlanta Celtics. That could have a lot to do with him changing his #1 from Miami to UT. Hopefully playing with his AAU team mates will be a pull for him to stay with UT if Wes and Cal come calling. He's an Adidas guy too so, maybe that helps.

I'm not going to get too excited either (remember when we got Shelby) until he signs but it would be huge to get a top PG. We've struggled in that spot since Watson.

It is interesting because a year ago I was more invested in the bball program than the football. Seems like a pretty significant swing since UT bball struggled last year (compared to the expectations) and Kiffin got here. Still hoping for a final 4 run.......

Hopefully Ware will commit soon so he can help Bruce & Co. build a solid 2011 recruiting class.
