A prediction of 50% chance of rain a week ahead of time. That's really going out on a ledge with some bold weather forecasting by whomever made that one. Besides the fact you can't really predict weather in Knoxville that far out, it's essentially saying, "I have no idea what's going to happen, so I'll make a prediction that can't be wrong."
