According to this story, averaged 18 points and 14 rebounds as a junior in high school in Duluth, MN. However, he was suspended from the Minnesota state tournament because he was caught smoking - not weed, but regular old cigarettes - at the home for at risk youth where he lives.

Ah ok it was 2 different tweets thats why i missed it thanks!

Glad were starting to see some posts now, agau, whitman, rimmer and now Akolda. Id love to add a shot blocking presence, thatd make CCMs defense that much better imo, huge advantage when guarding the perimeter knowing you have a shotblocker behind you.

7 foot and has the stamina to smoke and still play? yep. I want him. Had a kid on our football team who ran a 4.4 and smoked a pack a week, was in better shape than all of us. Hoping he is a bit like that (the 4.4 is certainly not necessary)

Averaged 5 pts, 5 rebounds just over a blocked shot a game in EYBL. Had 12 points, 5 rebounds in a matchup with other TN post prospect Akoy Agau.

According to this Minneapolis Star Tribune site, 34 in the picture is 6-5. If that kid really is 6-5, Manyang is every bit of 7-feet.
