7 Jets make the probowl

After that Losman fumble and that incredibly stupid call by Jauron the Jets should demand they get pro bowl consideration for winning that game.

I want to know why Favre is in the pro bowl. There are many other QB's with better stats than him in the AFC. How many INT's does he have, like 700?

because he's Brett Favre..........and he's leading a NYJ team on a serious playoff run in his first year.

i'm ok with Favre getting on this year.......

I have always hated that man for some reason. What about Chad Pennington with better passer rating and more yards and the turnaround he has done? Or Big Ben?

Even though he's a Jet, I'm ok with Favre doing well for two reasons. One is he came back outta retirement to play and many acted as if he killed puppies in doing so although many athletes of color have done the same and they did'nt endure the critisism he did. Two, a man my age kickin that much arse is a chug at any time.:toast:

Before we had the Titans I was a Packers fan (yes long before they were any good) and I liked Favre at one point. The last couple of years with his flip flopping turned my opinion of him though. Especially after the stunts he pulled this past year.

what stunts?

Bad choice of words. I understand he was conflicted about the choice to hang it up or not. I realize there was pressure on him to make his choice but two years in a row he told them he was going to retire then changed his mind. This last year he put the Packers organization in bad situation, they wanted him to retire a Packer (I think he should have) but they had to cover their bases in case he decided to hang it up.

Very true from that side of it, meaning the Packer org. or a Packer fan. I'm a fan of the man himself and his athletic ability, so when he wanted to play again I had a hard time seeing why anyone wanted to paint him a bad guy.

If the Packers hadn't have been complete idiots and just let him rejoin the team, then they would be the ones going to the playoffs.

Don't know about that. Rodgers hasn't been the reason for their decline this year, unless Favre leaving really screwed with the team's mentality.

shows what you know about this season...Rogers outplayed Favre terribly this season, its the packers defense that is awful. Rogers>Favre....Hope Favre retires.

How do you have 7 players to make the pro bowl and not the playoffs? Obviously it's turning into a joke.
