Saw a piece the other night where Spurrier said his daughter was in the stands booing him.

As life long Bucs fan, I am so proud of the Lions this year. They ended last season with a loss to GB, so that puts them at 17 in a row. I am rooting for a start of 0-10 to beat out the Bucs 26 game streak and completely erase us from the top of that history page.

If they hadn't "mucked" it up and won against KC last year they would be on a 24 game slide...argh.

The Lions are worse imo because the Bucs were an expansion team at the time and the current salary cap makes it nearly impossible to be as bad as the Lions are.

I would like to see a comparison of their stats, YPG, PPG, YDS allowed per game, points allowed per game, turnovers, etc.

Agreed. They've only beaten one team since Nov. 11 of last year, and that was a then 4-10 Kansas City Chiefs team.

I think it's reasonable to say that the Detroit Lions have had the worst calendar year in the history of major American professional sports.

Question was "worse team"

Bucs by far!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They did make the NFC champ game in 1979.

Forget salery cap and expansion, Bucs were the wost ever (that year)!

Look at the stats. Less good teams. Less teams. Better coaching.

Worst EVER! And I saw them win their first game in New Orleans. 33-14 after 26 losses in a row. I have the ticket framed with their team poster at my house. Its autographed by 10 payers and all the cheerleaders. I got it signed at the hotel the night before the game.
