I am really looking forward to that Auburn game this year. PAYBACK for last year. :D

What can you tell us about Auburn this year (aside from the fact you just beat LSU...congrats on that)?

Thanks to the Auburn/LSU game the personal foul call at the end of our game was the second strangest call I saw on Saturday.

What is it with everyone blowing PATs this year?

You're telling me. I feel embarassed having watched Oregon State play in person, after the LSU game.

How can we be 8 in one poll, and then 11 in the other?

Yeah, that was kind of confusing to me, too. A lot of people still have reservations about Ainge and Schaeffer performing that well.

I'm trying to figure out how Auburn got such a big bump for beating LSU and jumped past us in one poll after we beat a top 10 team as well.

Just goes to show that the pollsters don't actually watch the games and are voting based on last year's LSU team.

Because the 8th thru 11th spots are so close together. Also remember, the BCS :bs: does not look at ranking number, it looks at points.

Coaches Poll Points
Tennessee 971
California 937
Auburn 928
Florida State 896

AP Poll Points
Florida State 1079
Auburn 1064
California 1034
Tennessee 1031

The Vols are 9th in the lastest BCS :bs: calculation:
Coaches 8 (0.6367)
AP 11 (0.6345)
Computers (0.440)
TOT BCS (0.570)
Sagarin 13
Colley 23
Billingsley 8

The Rest of the BCS top 10:
1. USC
2. Miami
3. Oklahoma
4. Texas
5. Georgia
6. Ohio State
7. Auburn
8. West Virginia
9. Tennessee
10. California

NOTE: There are currently 3 (of 6) computer polls not currently active. The 3 computer polls that are active, are not very accurate due to the minimal data used.
