This has to be one of the most retarded things ever done in the history of life.

Who are they worried about snubbing? What, the Not Invited Tourney is not good enough anymore?

Wow. Just wow. I wonder (MONEY) what it's all (MONEY) about. I'm sure it's (MONEY) just more goodwill (MONEY) for all the schools. It will (MONEY) make the season much more (MONEY) enjoyable. In related news, consideration was presented to extend the number of post season football bowls to an even 100.

This would be the biggest disaster in the history of the sport. NCAA tourney right now is one of the best things in sports and this would make it a complete joke.

If they were to do this, what would they do with the extra 31 spots? More BCS conference teams that don't deserve to be in the tournament? More mid-majors that don't deserve to be there? Studid idea.

this way North Carolina can get a bid this year.

It's much like NASCAR expanding the chase to keep Dale JR relevant.

Theres a handful of teams who get jipped each year, but adding 31 is just a watered down field.

I only sort of like college basketball, love going to UT games, but I think I'd give up with a field of 96.

I don't want to see Tennessee play North Dakota State Tech A&M Community College in the big dance.
