9B Parking Pass (Thoughts?)

I apologize (again) for posting a parking question in this forum...... I can't get much in the tailgating forum.

I can get a 9B Parking Pass next Monday if I want to purchase it--Price is a bit steep, but not too high for the location.

1) We would love to set up a tailgate area--TV/Grill etc.
Is this a good spot??

2) How early do people start parking in this lot?

3) We are bringing at least 3 kids each game so this a
great lot for VOL-Village, VOL Walk and Band--Correct??
