What's your opinion of this? This means no NIT. There would be 24 teams in eacdh region rather than the current 16. The top 8 teams would gets byes. Eight! 
hmy: That means the top eight wouldn't play until the latter part of the week. The tournament would start on Thursday's too. Can you imagine what the brackets would look like in the newspapers?:no: They'd have to down size them to get them on a page.
