Agree. It'd be great to have some talented, athletic OLBs around AJ and just let him do his thing in the middle of the field. Jalen Reeves-Maybin, Chris Weatherd, Dillon Bates among the candidates IMO.

I would love to have AJ back next year. I am just not sure how our 4-3 scheme is of great benefit to him. He needs to learn and be coached as a 3-4 LB. I think he will be a solid NFL 3-4 LB.

WAIT A MINUTE. I didn't say BYE BYE because I don't want him back. I HOPE HE STAYS because he will be a stud next year----again. Bye, bye is because he is seen as good enough to make All SEC----which is another reason for him to believe he should leave. He will be a lot better next year with Maggitt and will be a great leader for the new LBs.

As far as him being too slow, I believe he will be better when there is more speed around him to make plays that we couldn't make this year.
