I expect and hope Trey Smith the OT. And on a wish, Cam Akers. A few of the current commits will change their minds I'm sure.

Some of the 3s will be bumped to 4s. Some will be recruited over & go elsewhere...we'll rack up & not look back!

I expect this class to get a few more big names before February. If we live up to expectations this season this class can and will get MUCH better.

Think we add Trey Smith, J. Holloman, another RB most likely and hoping it's Akers.Think Khalil's brother is another possibility. Just like every recruiting class under Butch we will drop atleast 3-4 guys and add some as upgrades.

And that still ties the recruits to a ranking that will 'determine' their success. How about we add this: and some commits will not get an extra star, our coaching staff will CHOOSE to keep them because they like THEIR evaluation of the player, and they will show up on campus and PERFORM at a level that is above their star ranking.

I agree I do think we land Trey Smith, I like where we are with a couple out of state guys like Akers and Wade. In that podcast they talked about they believe by NSD we could sway a couple guys back this way, but wouldn't mention any names.... I just don't see Stevens or Higgins coming unfortunately. I don't think we're pursuing Richardson. I think we're likely recruiting Phillips as DE. What are your thoughts? Who could we flip?
