Exactly, the bank owns it now, this is no different than if he went to his local bank branch and bulldozed it down. He should be in jail.

What did he expect, the bank would let him keep the house and just pay for it several years later when he had the money? He knew the rules when the bank loaned him the money and now he doesn't want to play by them.
