To all the recruits that were at the game Saturday, recruits that are leaning towards our beloved Vols, recruits that have no idea, and to the bandwagon fans out there (we all know you are out there). It's time to board the train!! The final repairs are being done and it is getting close to leaving the station.
We have the right head coach and coaching staff. The freshman look to have made a HUGE leap in their development and Worley might have just done the same. If the crowd noise and intensity didn't do it for you, then the play of the team should have. I haven't seen a performance like that in at least 10 years. Yes it was a loss, but what a loss!!! Those kids played over their heads! Over matched and (supposedly) out talented and they still punched Georgia right square in the mouth (in the second half) and said "Whatcha got in return boy?!?!" The future is bright and I do believe this might just be the turning point in The Vols beleaguered recent past.
To paraphrase Dillon Bates :"We are doing something special here." I'm extremely excited and so should all Vol fans!!!
