Is Texas A&M exempt this year from the 25 man limit?

They currently have 30 commits and are still working on more. I understand we can go over by a couple because of numbers from the previous year, but already 5 over and still flipping recruits.

If it sounds like I am jealous of their season and recruiting success, I am. I hate seeing the rich get richer and we will need all the 2 stars dd can sign.

agree. not sure how they are back counting those. Bama does it to . Essentially, they take who can qualify, then sort out the best players and leave some of them High and dry at the end. That is sometimes the case when a player flips schools at the end

Thanks, that answer makes a lot of sense. I realize these kids don't have to sign on NSD but it sucks for them if they have to look for another school so late in the process.

It is a dirty business. Unfortunately, some really good players get left out in the cold at the end and wind up at d2 school or JUCO. Some just can't make the grades after their scholarship offer. Cut throat recruiting world
