A question for those who know the SEC/UTAD ticket policy.

I remember at one time, the SEC office required that home teams must offer visiting teams 10% of their tickets.
e.g. If you had an 80,000 seat stadium, you must send the other school 8,000 tickets for them to sell.
Im pretty sure that has changed.
Does anybody know?
