I was just thinking about the wide receivers we landed in the class of 2003, and how exciting it would be to do that again this year. I realize Grimes never did really contribute, but still, to land four receivers in the same class is impressive. Especially when you look at the size of them. Yeah, that would be sweet.

Robert Meachem - 5* 6-3, 200lbs, 4.4 sec 40
Jayson Swain - 4* 6-2, 200lbs, 4.5 sec 40
Bret Smith - 4* 6-3, 175lbs, 4.5 sec 40
Bill Grimes - 2* 6-2, 195lbs, 4.5 sec 40

well its realistic to think that we could land three big guys this year
Ambles- 4* 6-2, ~180 lbs, 4.6
Milton- 3* 6-6, ~200 lbs, 4.55
Cobbs- 4*, ~200 lbs, 4.75 (i have heard that he has run faster than that)

i dont really think that we have a realistic chance at Prater or Reed right now

i guess ted meline and shakim phillips are possibilities

I would take Ambles, Milton and Cobbs and be thrilled. Yeah, 4.75 doesn't sound right for a kid listed as an athlete.

I think if we land Jesse Scroggins we get Amples, Milton, Cobbs, and maybe Prater. That would be a great class.

If we don't get Scroggins, I don't think we have a chance at any of those four other than Milton. If we get Scroggins, I think we get Milton and Ambles, but IDK about the other two. JMO

Guys dont freak too much about recievers. ew did just get Nuke and I heard Green is up to 6'4 and is turning out to be a quality player. Kinda like how T. williams blew up in spring. sad to hear he is out for a year.
