A Story On Graham's Quick Rehiring

Very good read, thanks for sharing. Anyone think CJG could be a good head coach in the making? We obviously don't know one way or another based on his experience as a position coach so I'm not looking to get flamed here, just speculating about what kind of man CJG is. Do you think he wants to move up the ladder and has the right stuff to do it?

Good read, thanks for the link, good to see how Graham looks at all the coaching changes and his career at Tennessee. I like the part where he said he doesn't feel entitled, shows how square his head is on his shoulders.

As an aside...the writer of the article, Patrick Brown, really oughta think about a new pic to use, he doesn't look like the sharpest knife in the drawer. ; )>

Let's see if he can recruit a top running back before we make him a HC

"They're good guys," Graham said. "They know each other well, which is good to know. It's just me kind of catching up with them. No egos there. They're blue-collar guys. They ask a lot of questions instead of saying they've got all the answers. Those kind of guys. It's been refreshing to be around them, and I feel comfortable around them.

Makes me feel better about the incoming staff. Makes me wonder about the outgoing staff.

Reading between the lines:

Didn't he land Marcus Lattimore? I don't necessarily mean HC here and I'm not crowning him commander in chief of anything, just saying I've read nothing but excellent things about CJG and I'm curious to see how his career unfolds. I think he has great potential

He'd likely be an OC first

You gotta remember, some people on here are clueless and some just want to start crap. In answer to your question, I am of the opinion that he will make a good OC and head coach one day. Looking at Lattimore and how Neal and Lane improved in one year you gotta believe it.

Great post. It shows again that Coach Jones is making all the right moves and is certainly something for fans to be excited about.

Being an assistant is got to very difficult on your family.. Every December could be moving time if your number is punched with coaching changes or if more money comes your way.

Thats exactly the first thing I thought. I think that speaks loudly about Dooley and some of the former staff.
