When I first saw this, I thought it was going to be a joke. However I was pleasantly surprised to find out that this is a very nice tribute from PBS Digital to the late great Fred Rogers.

For those of you who may not be old enough to remember, Mr. Rogers Neighborhood was a children's show that ran on PBS from 1968 -2001. Fred Rogers was beloved by millions of children worldwide. He was a very kind and gentle soul that cared about nothing but helping children. On his TV show he encouraged children to discover and always use their imaginations. His "Neighborhood of Make Believe" characters became icons to many and his lessons still ring true to this day. Enjoy this amazing tribute to one our most beloved national treasures!

Mr. Rogers, Kaptain Kangaroo and Red Skelton were my favorites as a kid

Lose Mr. Rodgers and add Jonathan Winters.......

I never, for whatever reason liked "the neighborhood". Now Eddie Murphy playing Mr. Rodgers on the other hand.

"It's a beautiful day in the neighborhood"

I remember watching the show and I always wanted him to pick the green sweater at the beginning of each show.
