I thought this was pretty incredible. He came back for the semi-final game and lead his team to the win and the state championship game. He threw for 197 and 2 scores, and it appears they needed everything he had to give. The story is on the Tampa Tribune site. In case you happen to not know he had a broken fibula and dislocated ankle.
