I went to the AAU championships in Orlando last July/August. Every head coach in D1 was there (it seemed) at some point during the week. Each coach could buy/did buy a packet with each teams roster. Each roster had size/weight, telephone# and email address for each player. Cost of the packet was 125 dollars. I looked at one of the coach's packets and was amazed at how much info was there. Moreover, these players are playing top notch/better than high school competition. The Georgia team was amazing but I cannot recall individual players names. With so many players ineligible/prep school one would think they would somehow work in academics in some way or fashion to the players who need help.

Considering he said nearly every D-1 coach was there, I would take it as a Yes.... why don't you actually read NEW COACH

But yet, he clearly stated that all of the D1 coaches were there, so that has nothing to do with your argument.

AAU is a joke and needs to be regulated by the NCAA! It's one of the things that makes college basketball so corrupt.

I was in school, but I have 2 straight periods in my business class, and we are always at the computer, so you know what that means, log onto The Nation.

Some of the stuff that he says makes me want to poke my eyes out after reading, and I am ashamed of wasting my life reading the dumb comments.
