It happens, I agree. But it seems ABC went above and beyond on this editing job. I remember watching the TV version and wondering why these answers seemed so clipped. I assumed it was because the McCain camp made her first interview with Charlie Gibson with an understanding that they had the last say on how the piece was edited. Now, I see I was wrong. Makes one wonder how many gaffes BO has had edited out of his softball interviews.
