Mainly professional teams LA Lakers, Oakland A's, and numerous soccer clubs in Europe. A college team may not be able to hold it together if there are problems

true, thats why I asked for an example. A college team can't IMO excell unless there is a trust/likabilility thing goin on.

In the pros, money makes things better. Just think about the paycheck and endorsements and the differences can be dealt with for a while longer. In college, it's hard to be the glue to hold that together.

Agree. Am sure bad outside press about inside things doesn't mix well for team chemistry.
