Anybody else listen to his podcast? He is probably my favorite celebrity personality. He's so funny and doesn't think like most of Hollywood. Since he produces his own show he can say whatever he wants without fear that the bosses will shut him down. Such an awesome format.

Also, he has 2 books that are great, and a 3rd one coming out. Not Taco Bell Material had me rolling.

I listen to his podcast and the one he does with Dr. Drew too. I have "In 50 years we'll all be chicks" and "Not Taco Bell material" but I have not gotten around to reading them yet.

I would suggest reading 50 Years first. I read them in the wrong order, and not that there's an order but Taco Bell is better. I wasn't as excited about 50 Years as I went through it, but it was still really good.

Probably. My wife is a cancer survivor and I like Bryan so I'm sure it'll connect with me.

BTW, I mentioned back in the fall that we had another cancer scare, and I'm not sure I followed up (if anyone remembers and was worried). She had to have surgery in November, but we found out it was not cancer related. She's now training for a half marathon. All is well, except with my bank account.

Glad to hear that. (except for the bank account part)

Surprised we are the only ones here. Seems like Carolla would be real popular with VN.

I enjoy his podcast, but I have others I listen to and 1.5-2 hours nearly every day is a big ask.

Awesome news Huff.

It is the best podcast I've heard. I have heard every episode for the last year and a half. Always has good guests. He is easily the funniest off the cuff comedian you'll ever hear. Allison and bald Bryan are excellent side kicks.

Side note, they finally broke into Georgia with Mangria. The orange flavored Mangria is delicious. Still not in Tennessee though.

Who is your favorite of the regular guests? Mine is Deaf Frat Guy and it's not even close.

I like DFG. I don't think he's my favorite, though. Honestly, although he's not a comedian, I find Mark Geragos to be very interesting and fun to listen to in combination with Adam. Haven't heard him on there in a while, though. DAG is always funny as is Jo Koy. So many good regulars that it is hard to pick a fave.

Oh yeah...an anarchist criminal defense attorney? I love Geragos. DAG is great. Jo Koy is OK. He overdoes the Asian joke.

Same thing with Jay Mohr. I love him, but he overdoes Big Momma.

DAG's Teddy Pendegrass never gets old.

I can usually listen to the show and snicker to myself. Sometimes an audible chuckle. But that Pendergrass bit made me bust out laughing at work accidentally. Got some cross looks from coworkers.

Tried his podcast today and couldn't get past 10 mins... Seemed like a lot of rambling

This should be a big deal because NPR is publicly funded so they should be held to the highest of standards.

National Public Radio didn't do their homework and tried to ambush the Ace-man in an interview over something he didn't say, according to Carolla. They were made to look fools and their journalistic integrity was put in question, so what do they do? They don't air the interview!

This whole Alison thing was completely mishandled. He laid out a list of reasons she was fired on the episode with Anthony Cumia. Most of the reasons seemed legit to me, as they all seemed to have to do with Alison's percieved lack of enthusiasm towards the show and the network over the last year or so. He is well within his rights to can her, but in an e-mail? Over Christmas break? That's JV, Bro. And I don't buy this thing about her asking to send bad news via email.
