Just an FYI for those that might not know: The tradition started in Germany. Advent calendars count down the days to Christmas starting December 1st. Traditionally there is a little molded chocolate behind each cardboard perforated panel with the number of the day printed on it. When you finally get to December 24th you pull out the biggest piece of chocolate.

Apparently these things are evolving now and Costco now sells a beer advent calendar. Behind each day is a different small can of beer.

Aldi's is offering a November 6th sale of their wine(187ml bottles) advent calendar, and they will also be selling a beer, cheese, toy,

The beer advent calendar isn’t small beers, they are all tall boys. I suggest having someone to share it with unless you want to drink a pint a day for three weeks.
