AFL anyone?

One of my friends and I decided we'd try to follow the AFL this year because were both ready for football...Anyone on here watch it much? Anyone got a favorite team?

I live 40 mins east from Orlando, so I root 4 the Orlando Predators...and they are 1-0 right now with a win over Tampa Bay.

I used to watch it before the Kats went under the period of going and coming back to Nashville. Ever since then i've lost interest for some reason.

I was watching watching the bottomline on ESPNEWS last night and noticed that some team (New York, I think) only scored 7 points in their game yesterday. How do you only score 7 points in an AFL game? :lol:

We used to go watch the Rattlers play when I was in AZ. Made for a really fun night and it's entertaining fball to watch.

Amazing to see Andy Kelly still playing! Threw for 8 TDs in their last game.

we got an AF2 team here, the Quad City Steamwheelers. I quit paying attention after they went on probation in 2002 or something. The two previous years they won the Arena Bowl.

Drinking beer and going to games is a good way to pass the time. Corey Fleming for the Kats was someone I always rooted for. I'm from Nashville (really Greenbrier but nobody knows where that's at) so I've been to a couple of games

Haven't followed it much but have work buddy who has season tickets to the Orlando Predators. Am going to try to catch a couple games this season. Looks fast paced and fun to watch.
