A West Point graduate was telling me that Army had a 250 pound weight limit on all students, including football players. Does anyone know if Air Force also has a weight limit for students?

The typical standards for height and weight do not apply to those involved in certain "Corps Squad" teams. However, there are very intense physical fitness programs to get Firstie football players to meet the height and weight standards prior to their graduation and commissioning.
There are several players that play for USMA and USAFA who weigh more than 250 lbs.
I heard Paul Johnson from Navy speak a couple of years ago and he said the biggest obstacle was that all students there had to be able to complete a mile run in a certain time that I don't remember. It was a problem for some of the big guys.
I had a buddy play for Army, and he was over 250. However, after his senior season he had to lose it all (till he was 235) before he could get commissioned
Rememer back in the day, Chad Hennings that played for Dallas for nine years? He was well over 250... but I'm sure he had to slim down to fit in the cockpit of that A-10 he flew in Iraq.
I can' imagine what those guys have to go through to lose some of that weight to be commisioned, thats got to be rough.
Then, once these 270 lb guys drop 40 to 50 lbs in 3 months, they still have to run 2 miles in less than 16 minutes. A lot easier for us infantry built bodies to do so.
Wow, I;ve never seen that chart. During my military days I was well below the 206 for someone at 74 inches... and it was hard enough to finish that dang 3 mile run in a respectable time.
