Exactly. We all love Al but that doesn't mean he should be given a job when there are plenty of highly qualified candidates out there.

You have to have a college degree to coach at UT and from what I have read, Al does not have his degree so he cannot be a LB coach for UT unless he goes back to school and earns a degree.
