Alabama An Underdog for First Time in 72 Games

Georgia to me has been the most impressive team this year, long way to go, probably time for Richt to pull one out now. Lambert has been a cool customer so far, will be interesting to see how he does once he gets hit.

Bama opened as an underdog against LSU before the 2012 NCG, but had moved to a favorite by kickoff.

I don't see that happening this week, though.

So UT fans cheer for the archenemy or the division rival??

I wouldn't call it cheering for Bama from a Vol prospective. UGa with an SEC loss helps to reopen the door to the East for Tennessee. If the Vols can win the East then the SEC championship becomes a one game play-off...anything can happen from there.

I agree with you and for the same reason

I like Bamas chances .

They will make lambert win the game and I don't think he will be able to

Against that secondary? It's pretty doable. You want to see a good breakdown and gain some knowledge on the game read this one:

if you want to use the qb angle not sure how you can spin coker being a guy who can win a game himself. this guy has twice the number of passes as lambert does and yet just 53 more passing yards and his yards per attempt is just 6.4 while lambert's is 10.8. qb play is an advantage for Georgia.

I don't think we have a chance in hell at winning the east so I hope UGA destroys Bama

So, you're only a fan of the players and not the team?

He clearly said "we cheer for Tennessee" We are Tennessee fans not Butch Jones fans. He can go if it comes to rhat point. Tennessee will always be here.

Any rational UT fan will be pulling for Bama this week because a loss for Bama does nothing for our chances in the East race but a loss to UGA makes our game next week that much bigger. It really shouldn't be a question.

I agree, I think UGA is going to win it all this year...like how Fulmer always got so close until the stars aligned.
