You know it was funny that it happened on the last series that Croyle was going to be in that game. I think UT paid off the team. :lol:

Seriously, I feel bad for Croyle. I think he is a tough kid, and will play on Sundays. The Tide is dead.

Kinda ironic. The bammer faithful has complained that Shula has left Brodie in too long this year with more than comfortable leads. OTOH I'll betcha slimebomb comes up with a Fulmer conspiracy theory blaming UT for the injury.

Hey now,hes out for the season i wouldnt wish that on 1 player for UT!!!!this is awful i HATE those bammers!!!!!but not this i know his father havent seen him since a child. i know the whole gallion ,phat philt hing is way wild specially with the law involved. But AU gets some good chukles out of it tho!you cant possibly wish that on any player ,student athlete.could you? :twocents:

I don't WISH it on anybody, but I'm not going to pretend any sympathy when they were blowing a team away and still had their starting QB in there. What goes around comes around. If one of OUR QBs had gone down, do you think the Bammers would be crying over us?

I don't think anybody is wishing that on any player, the sentiment here is that the bama faithful will be finger pointing at the "big orange conspiracy", I 4 1 would rather the tide have their #1 guy, that makes beating them that much more satisifying, and no excuses for the Crimson nation. I hope Croyle heals up quickly cause he is a tough kid and a great player!

good point LIO shuler should have pulled him earlier, but he could have been hurt in the 1st series just as easily.

Tough break for Bama but I also don’t have any sympathy for them. It's football things happen, look at what happened to Simon. :bad:

Guillon took all the snaps in spring practice as #1 as Croyle was rehabbing fom a previous injury. He is as good as BC physically, but the team had really latched onto Croyle as a leader. We'll see.

I dont give a da** 'bout the whole state of alabam cause I'm from Tennessee!!!

It's fun here in Chattanooga where, as long as they are winning, the Bammer and Dawg nuts come out of the woodwork. Us Vols fans do outnumber them though.
