Sounds like he'll be set to juco for a timeout, and be back in a year or two.

It's a misdemeanor, so the worst case scenario is he'll plead down and maybe pay a tiny fine.

I'm not sure Drake can even see daylight from where he's been living in Saban's doghouse. He doesn't seem like a bad kid, or a "thug". But he constantly makes the dumbest decisions.
