That really sucks for him. I hate it for kids who get injured and have to sit out the rest of the year

Always hate to see those things happen to a kid, especially an upperclassman with not as much time left for the college football experience. I want to beat Bama more than anything, but I want to beat them at their best.

Good luck in the future, kid.

Cant say that I will be sad he wont be lining up against us this Saturday - but really is a shame for him to be out for the season.

As stated, Bama is deep with 5* talent - even so, that means instead of the 1, 2, 3 players rotating through you get the 2, 3, 4 players - and while the #2 guy is sure to be good, there may be a wider gap in talent between the #3 and #4 guy

is out for the season with a knee injury. Who is his backup? Just a 5* safety (Landon Collins). Bama makes me sick! I wish we had that kind of depth.:ermm::ermm:

Me too. I was under the impression that Mo had paid the money back. I guess the rules don't apply to Bama like they do to other schools. Just ask Dez Bryant.

I'm more concerned with the double standard of Mo not getting the green light if Ha Ha gets to play

The two suspensions are actually seperate cases and I think Couch not playing is way worse of a sign for Bama in the long run but it has more to do with Fluker than Ha Ha. Ha Ha took money from an assistant trainer and paid it back. That's bad but taking money from an agent is way worse in the NCAA's eyes and every athlete is warned about it repeatedly.
By not declaring Couch eligible yet for the few hundreds of dollars he took from an agent, the NCAA is putting their foot down. That would suggest that they will really come down hard on DJ Fluker and Bama for taking what amounted to tens of thousands of dollars. He also admitted it on Twitter earlier this year. The former player that gave the money could also be declared a booster for Bama and that would be like the Albert Means mess Bama got in trouble for a few years ago. If a few hundred from an agent means indefinite suspension for Couch, tens of thousands could mean vacated wins and championships for teams that Fluker played on. Of the $45,000 that was distributed(at least that's what Yahoo had proof/receipts for), Fluker got by far the most in cash and furniture etc...
FYI, Alabama is the only team in History to vacate wins 2 different times and this would be the 3rd. That's where the double standard should and will be judged IMO.
Just another one of the many reasons to hate Bama!

As much as I hate his dad, the sins of the father are not the sins of the son. Hate it for him

I don't think being a sh**ty DC is a sin, but I get what you're trying to say.

And I think you're getting that quote mixed up, actually the sins of the father are the sins of the son.

It's sad that a kids season ends like that and I hope he fully recovers quickly because he's a good ballplayer.

alaBummer won't miss him with the incredible talent and depth they have at every position.

When we have 4* and 5* players all over our roster again and in a solid 2 deep rotation we'll consistently be back in the top 10 again too.

I hate alaBubba but I hate the arrogant, egotistical Liar nick saTan even more.

Nothing would make me happier than to beat the bammers even by 1 point and destroy their chance at another National Championship.
