Bama just went for it on 4th and 1 down at the 5 yardline and got stuffed. Go Rebels.

Now Ole Miss is moving that ball down the field. I think that Spurlock is going to give them fits today. Just like he did us.

You have to hold on to that ball right there. He had to know he was getting ready to get hit from behind. That cost at least 3 points.

It certainly looks like they are overlooking Ole Miss so far. Ole Miss is reminding me of us last weekend. Important turnovers and bad penalties at important times.

This scrimmage has started a little rocky for the Tide.

Isn't that the truth. Who was it that called this a scrimmage? Bamasback?

Yeah that's right. Ole Miss needs bama to turn it over again. Croyle just took a big hit on a delay blitz.

That little flip, Croyle just made to avoid the sack, goes the other way on our D.

Bama's Oline seems to be holding quite a bit. Are the refs going to call any of them?

It's kind of fun that my wife and I have the same favorite team this week (she's an Ole Miss grad).

Bama's getting all they want right now, and yes, that Ming Croyle flip reminded me hauntingly of a particular "pass" thrown by Ainge earlier this year. Too bad a d-back wasn't over there.

Hotty-Toddy, or at least beat them up a little bit for us.

Does your wife pull for Tennessee and you for Ole Miss?

Bama just missed the FG!

Yeah, unless we're playing each other! Her becoming a Vol was part of our wedding vows. And, the Grove alone is enough reason for me to like Ole Miss.

I've heard good things about the Grove, but I've never been there for a game. I would like to go at some point.

Can't see Bama losing this one, but they are getting a big time reality check.
