My understanding is that there's still a Vic and Bill's out Broadway up north somewhere near St. Mary's, but that's so useless that it might as well be in Canada.

They missed the mark with Washington too. Shultzy's is very good, the fries are probably my favorite ever, but everyone around here knows what the best drunk food in the UW area is.

I would have voted for Gus's for best drunk food in Knoxville.
