All we've got to do is beat Ole Miss in the SEC tourney and we should be in.

Are yall high? This team is HORRIBLE! We can't even break into the 40s in scoring. Even if they found a way to rack up 20 wins we would get put out in the first round.

Let's just red-shirt Maymon because when he returns, it will not be a full season, nor will he be 100%.

Stokes is being double-teamed and will have poor stats all season.

Next season, Stokes, Maymon, Hubbs, etc. etc. will work good for us..

It's always next season with us.

Nothing to worry about. Vols still should get a high seed in the NIT.

Kennesaw State (76 points), UNC-Asheville (75 points), Massachusetts (83 points), Oakland (77 points) all say hello.

Also, I had no idea that the NCAA tournament was decided in DECEMBER. We have 3 bad scoring games (3, which happen to be away from TBA with 2 true road games back to back) and you write the whole season off. Good job

The last two were against NCAA tourney caliber teams. That's what the tourney would look like if we somehow made it in.

Yes but last year before the SEC tournament started, Tennessee did a complete 180 compared to the first of the season. Just pointing out the facts that you can't look at December ball to see how a team is going to be around Feb. or March.

We've only lost to 1 team we should have beat (Virginia) and we shook the Oakland monkey off of our backs. I think people are jumping the gun to soon.

No good OOC wins yet.
Would help if we get wins over WS and Memphis.
It's now or never.
Leader has to step forward next 5 games.

I never seen Georgetown as a winnable game. I figured we would be in it for most of the game and let it slip away late. I'm all for delevering a Shocker in the next couple of games :)

Actually surprised lunardi has us still in...youd think the way people are acting we'd be projected in the CBA.

We will learn a lot about this team over this home stand...we don't win 2/3 against WS, Xavier and Memphis and NCAA chances are in serious jeopardy.

Oh, so he's saying seasons aren't decided in December?

This team actually knows how to score the basketball at home. Not worried about not making the tourney unless they play like they did last 2 games at TBA

Are there typos or missing words in this post? It appears the two sentences oppose.

So, he has multiple "BCS" teams getting in as at-larges as 12 seeds, and yet our play-in game is to be an 11 seed.
Another Lunardi bracket that is physically impossible to actually happen.

I thought that was a bit odd as well...

I thought that was a bit odd as well...

In the past, I have seen him regularly have a possible regular season rematch in the Round of 32, which is something the Selection Committee attempts to avoid. I have seen him place UT next to Memphis like that.

So, I usually look at how he seeds teams and not at where he places them, since it was clear he was not doing enough research to put together a bracket that was actually a possibility.

Today's mistake makes him look very lazy.
If his full-time job is to project the NCAA bracket, he should be able to avoid errors like this.
