... Maybe we should just stop recruiting anyone that's on the top 100 Hoopsgirls rankings.

Oh wait we have!

Good, we'll get some crappy players with heart, motivation, and hunger (like other teams do) and then will start winning.

We get a coaching staff that has those things and we will be fine.

Then she must have felt comfortable to bring in players that don't play D.

Was her plan going to be to outscore every opponent? I mean, has she seen them play offense lately.

Can they not schedule a practice where they start introducing D and then maybe implementing a little more each practice?

How 'bout some half court offensive sets?

A drill or two of catching the ball while staying on two feet?

That drives me insane...the way the have to go after the pass. It's one thing to throw a lob into the paint and expect your posts to go high after the ball, but the way they pass around the perimeter and make the guards jump after the ball facing the opposite basket 30 feet away from their basket is maddening.

They miss Ariel's passing this year. Diamond has good passing abilities, but is too showboaty. Alexa has the best passing instincts of any of the guards, but doesn't get enough playing time.

Holly is clueless as she displayed in the post game interview. She is telling the truth, really does not know whats going on with her team. I don't think its something you admit on camera if you want to keep your job. I can just see the CEO of a large corporation saying at the annual stockholders meeting, I really don't know what we did last year or why we lost money. You will need to ask the employees that question.
