All time wins (active coaches)

I hope Barnes coaches long enough to get to 900 wins. Would be a great story to begin next season, with the current active winningest coach.
I really hopes he gets a Natty before he retires. Or at least a chance to play for one. I know I'm biased because he's our coach, but I just hate seeing a coach with his winning record not have a chip with it or at least a chance to play in a game for all the marbles.

May catch Cal this year! 🤣🤣🤣
Is it just me or is Arkansas looking close to falling apart like they did last year but for different reasons. Cal is telling mostly guys he’s not coached before and all lured by NIL$ to “listen to me - I’ve got the answers”. They lose a couple more and it could get ugly there again this season.

I’m not sure what their message boards are saying, but if they’re anywhere close to ours after even one loss, I would imagine a lot of the fans have somewhat gone off the rails. With the way Calipari assembled some dang good talent I’m sure fans had renewed hope and optimism. If losses keep piling up, that place is going to feel like a nuclear wasteland.

Ray Mears' 278 wins is in reach...Barnes has 218. Assuming he hits at least 26 that'll have him within 50 of Mears and within 70 of 900... So 3 years after this one he'd be on pace just averaging 25 wins a year...

He turns 71 this year so if he's up to coach until 75 should hit 900 career wins and set the new TN record for most wins by a head coach.

Correct me if I’m wrong, but…

Calipari: 813+11=824

Barnes: 806+16=822

Self: 806+12=818
It would be something if Rick ended up with more wins than either of them when all is said and done.

I’d love if he could be the winningest active coach the day he coaches his final game. Hopefully with 900+ wins and a natty to his credit.
